Me : I try to setup my booking system with amelia for my new ax throwing activities but i have some  problems, for informations i have 6 different ax throwing target who can be booked in same time.

Can i propose before the date and time choose, the number of target the customer want ? for example a custom field of a selection list where people can choose 1 target or 2 target or 3 target.. or 6 target and this information is connected to the max 6 target who can be booked for 1 single hour, like for exemple 2 target are already booked at 4pm, then in the selection list only 1/2/3/4 target are only available, is it possible to do something like this or do you have another solution for this target problem ?

Marko said : Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This cant be achieved in Amelia. You ask that information in custom field bit there is no option that can connect that info to real-time target number.

It would be best to use packages feature but packages of services are part of pro and developers license. You can create 6 services for 6 targets and create packages for 6 different services if you wish.

As i see i need to upgrade to next level, before put more money in it, i want to be sure if it will fit well, so can you explain me more about the 6 services and 6 target on package mode with some extra info and some screenshot of how it would looks like from front end and back end, to understand exactly what you mean.

Hi uros, i think you didnt understand, i have the simple version of Amelia so i cant do packages, without package i think i cant let m'y customers choose multiple target in one book form, so i want more information and some looks of what i would be able to do for my 6 target in a package.

If what you show me is good for me i will buy the higher version of Amelia, do you understand ?

Ok, i understand but thé problem is imagine 5/6 target are already booked and a customer want to 2 target when he will complète the form and pay the first target, he's gonna only sée after that he cant buy the 2nd one right ?

Because in fact, he cant buy multiple target in one time and he cant see thé number of target left available too, tell me if iam wrong ?

This is not possible for us, tell me if their is a solution please 😀

Hi Uros, 

i understand, i just change "number of people" into "additionnal number of targer" and like you said it works, people still cant know how many target are left for a specific time slots but they can book multiple target in same time with this method, the only things that is not cool is that if they need to take just one target they need to click on 0, its why i rename this additional number of target. 

Well Thanks you Uros for help, i will keep amelia, i hope in the next months you will had the "number of slot left in one specific time slot " for customers like booked another plugin already do.

I will keep Amelia andi will wait the new tools you will add into this amelia plugin ;).
