Show Add To Calendar option to customers.
If my customer missed out, clicking "Add To Calendar" ics at booking confirmation. Can we generate one for them without going through the whole process again?
Any workaround solutions?

Unfortunately, no. This is created during to booking process and if this is skipped there is no other way to send it to them again I'm afraid.
