Hi I link a business number of whatsapp that I used, into Amelia and i want to use it again has a business number, Its possible? maybe erasing the app that i create in business.facebook
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. If you have linked it to Amelia you need to set up a new number for your business. Fir example if you wish to get replies to that number or calls you can set up a new number for replies that you can include in your notifications and say that if they need to contact you they can do that at that number.
