Please check if that mail is used with some other role like amelia manager or customer and admin. Employees in Amelia can not have multiple roles this will lead to conflict within the plugin.

I am trying to add an employee (using existing wordpress user)
However, it is telling me the email is already in use.It is of course in use as it is an existing user
Is this a bug or how should i proceed?
