I have added custom fields for my event booking. When I made a test transaction, I can't see the details of my custom fields in the backend. I go to Amelia> Customers > Edit Customer, but unfortunately no information from my custom fields are added. Are the custom fields really save in the database? Note: This is for events not appointments. Looking forward to your response. Thank you
Custom fields are saved for that appointment or event only. This in not saved in the customer profile. So you need to go to event/attendee and then click on event attendee and you will see those custom fields like this
