on the employee hours page I have from 09:00- 18:00. I have 3 hour blocks set up . On the calendar page , it is correct and says 9 am, 12pm , 3pm. When I add Amelia to my webpage with any of the booking widgets- when you click on a date it gives the options of 3-6pm, 6-9pm, and 9pm- 12am….. it should be 9am- 12pm, 12pm-3pm and 3pm-6pm according to the employees schedule . It is starting the day at 3pm for time slots instead of 9 am
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
