In the backend admin able to overlap the appointment even though we turned off this option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time". Please let us know how we can block the time slot even for admin (ie backend booking) once the slot is booked.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The overlapping happened when recurring appointment was cancelled, then re-approved and then rescheduled. The system did not consider that re-approved time slot was booked because we were able to book that same time slot with other customers. Then we cancelled the entire recurring appointment and newly booked and then it's working fine.
we really don't understand why and how this problem is happening.
