I just bought Amelia and am trying to set it up. I added a Category, and it won't let me add a Service. In the Loom recording, I'm clicking in the Category field and it won't bring up the category that I've added, therefore I can't add the service. Also, you'll see that I click in the Employee field and same thing - it won't show any, even though I've added an employee.
Also in the Employee area, it won't let me add Zoom user.
Another issue - it shows Employee as Away - I can't seem to change that.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. Also just in case please send us access to your database.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
