    I am a web designer and I have a nail salon client. I am thinking of using your software, but had some questions.

    1) If we have a login function for our customers on the site can we use their account details to auto-populate some of the form fields?

    2) Is it possible to charge the client a down-payment first for the time slot, then charge the rest once the service is complete?

    3) if no to the above,  how could we adjust for services that need to increase/decrease in price once completed? Also, are refunds possible through Amelia, or do I need to do it through stripe/paypal?

    Thank you for your interest in our product.

    1) If we have a login function for our customers on the site can we use their account details to auto-populate some of the form fields? - Yes, if they are connected to WP user the fields we be automatically populated

    2) Is it possible to charge the client a down-payment first for the time slot, then charge the rest once the service is complete? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can only charge the full payment or a deposit and then the rest of the payment per your agremneent outside of Amelia
