1) If we have a login function for our customers on the site can we use their account details to auto-populate some of the form fields? - Yes, if they are connected to WP user the fields we be automatically populated

2) Is it possible to charge the client a down-payment first for the time slot, then charge the rest once the service is complete? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can only charge the full payment or a deposit and then the rest of the payment per your agremneent outside of Amelia

3) if no to the above,  how could we adjust for services that need to increase/decrease in price once completed? Also, are refunds possible through Amelia, or do I need to do it through stripe/paypal? - Unfortunately, this has to be done manually through stripe/paypal.
