I'm getting an error that says "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later." when trying to pay for a booking using stripe and a credit card.
In test mode, everything goes fine, and I can see the transaction details in Stripe. But when trying on live mode, the error appears and nothing happens in Stripe's dashboard. Not even an error code.
I've tried changing the currency from US to MX since the bank account configured in stripe is from Mexico, and I also installed the "Really Simple SSL" plugin you guys recommended in other posts, but the same issue persists.
I'm planning on using Amelia and Stipe in a couple of other websites soon so please let me know if you need anything else for troubleshooting.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
