it would be amazing to have more information for customers and to be able to label them based on their activity, frequency of bookings and so on.
for example my barbershop clients would love to be able to see their VIP customers - people who have booked 10 or more appointments in the last 5 months.
I guess what I’m asking for eventually is an automate workflow system that could tag customers based on the above type of scenario. For now though manually being able to label customers and filter or sort based on those labels would be incredible.
then eventually being able to send notifications to different types of customers. So if you are a VIP send an automate email or SMS with a coupon code.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
