In out booking form customers can choose the emplyoee and then they will be able to see all services that this employee offers and on what days and times.
Also, you can create page in your WordPress for each employee and you can show booking page per employee with our shortcode like this for example
[ameliabooking employee=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1,
