At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment.
However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

My recent client - Ed with TranquilitySpaNY needs it the most - although he purchased your booking system he prefers to pay more per year and stay with his current system, which is giving him this solution.
Please advise, so I can decide if he should get a refund and stay with his current system or wait for (max. 30 days) for you to present this solution to me or the rest of your clients.

We are sorry that you feel that way, but with all due respect, we do not agree with you. Last year alone, we will not mention the previous year, we implemented 25 new features and 33 improvements of existing features in Amelia. And the complete redesign of Amelia is underway.
Most of these improvements and features were made by our users and we have complied with their requests and have implemented 58 improvements and new features in the last year alone.
If a suggestion has 20 or 50 votes, and we have many other suggestions that have 500, 600, 700 votes, of course we will first work on the implementation of those suggestions that have a few hundred votes each.
With that being, there are features that have a large number of votes, but which unfortunately cannot be implemented due to various reasons that we cannot go into.
We try to please our users as much as we can, but of course, you can never please everyone. We thank you for your suggestions and ask you to please follow our changelog and there you can see what we have implemented in the previous years, and so that you will stay up to date with all the new features that we will implement in Amelia.
