Hi there, is there a way to make more than two appointments in hour? Like making the duration of an appointment less than 30 min? Would appreciate that feature being a possibility.
Yes, it is possible for the service duration to be less than 30 minutes, you just need to set the lower value to the "Default Time Slot Step" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.

Question then, is there a way to move all the already booked appointment 10 min up or down (even if I should do manually with every booked appointment) so that all the new slots get added to the booking calendar? By that, I mean is there a way to change the existing bookings' duration to 20 min? (right now they're 30 min by previous setting)

There is no such option, as you would need to crate a new appointment for the new duration to be applied.
