Hello. I would like to know how I can do so that employees can add clients in case they want to manually upload an appointment.
I can do this from the administrator, but the employees cannot do it. Is there an option that allows employees to add an appointment and at the same time create a user to link to said appointment?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Employees can not create customer yet bit there is a possibility that this will be added in the future.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
