We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to have individual services be available at certain times. I have been able to create the services and the hours I'm available, but as the only employee, I would like each service to be available at a specific time rather than a range of times. I cannot seem to find a way to do this. While i offer cooking classes, I imagine this would be similar to a yoga studio wanting to add a class at a specific time. I would prefer to do this through services rather that events. Thank you for any help you can provide.
Sincerely,
Kalee
Hello Kalee,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In Amelia working hours and working days of service depend on employee working hours.
You determine the working hours of the employee and on which service (it can be assigned on several services at the same time and it can be assigned on just one) at what time and on which days the employee will work.
Like this for example
What you set in employee schedule that will show on the front. So if employee is working service A from 09-10 when a customer choose that service only available time slots for booking will be from 09 to 10 for that service.
Hope this explains it.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic marko.davidovic@tms-outsource.com

Yes, this is super helpful. Thank you. I am still struggling to have more than one service available a day for a single employee though. So if I want employee A to be available for service A from 11-2 and service B from 6-10, is that possible? I just started messing with it after reading your reply so I may be missing something simple.
Kalee
I think I may be able to make this work by creating multiple employee accounts for a single employee. Let me know if there is a better way.
Hello Kalee,
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. Yes, this is possible you can go to employee working hours and set that he works on service B from 6-10 and then you click on the blue plus sign and set a new work period for service A from 11-2 like this
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Thank you once again! Hard to believe I couldn't figure that out on my own.
