I got a calendar entry for every booked appointment (Google to my Mac Calendar), and it comes automatically with a 30 minutes upfront alert. Appointment alert is not in my Mac calendar preferences, so it has to come from Amelia. See screenshot.
And happy new year to you also. I'm afraid that this doesn't come from Amelia since Amelia doesn't have this kind of alerts or similar option. So this comes from your settings. This is set up in your Google or Mac calendar Amelia does not have this option at this time.
