Can you please let me know how you transfer the Google Calendar event to the iCal event?
The question is, do you send the zoom link with the calendar entry? In other words, what information does Google Calendar get from you? At the moment I only get the date, the name and the service. And I would like the zoom link too. If the information isn't provided by Amelia, Google Calendar can't send it either.
For that purpose, you can add the %zoom_host_url% placeholder to the "Event title and description" field on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
How can I get the iCal or any calendar entry right away with the ZOOM link? Also for the customer?
