We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi.
Can we please have some much needed mobile optimisation for WP Amelia? The various pages and sections of Amelia are not geared up for mobile access. With the huge rise in mobile users it means this is no longer acceptable.
My customers are begging for the ability to easily see their appointments in the "Calendar" view. Not just that but most pages are really only easily accessed and edited from a laptop or desktop.
I hope to see some mobile improvements soo. See attachments for examples of how Booksy do it well (this is from the Booksy app but that doesn't mean we can't do better with Amelia).
Thanks!
I have located some CSS in the file amelia-booking.css that prevents the calendar view from matching the width of the device it is viewed on.
#am-calendar .am-calendar-scroll #calendar.fc {
min-width: 720px!important;
}
The use of !important forces the width to be a minimum of 720px even when I'm viewing the page with a mobile, which ruins the mobile responsiveness instantly. The max width of most mobile devices is around 320px.
Can you please update Amelia to remove this min-width CSS declaration and improve the mobile styling overall?
Thank you.
Hello Oliver,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your feedback.
I have passed this to our developers to work on improving the amelia plugin for mobile users.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello William,
We do not have a solution at the moment, but we hope that it will soon be possible with the Amelia plugin.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
