I tried to activate whatsapp notifications so I submitted the WhatsApp template many times for review and every time it was rejected Is there a solution to this problem?

If your templates are empty. Most likely you didn't choose the right language in WhatsApp-meta settings.
Please check the language choice in the WhatsApp template editor, do you add it as a choice? If there is, can you please select that one and let me know if that worked for you?
ok I solved this problem and now I found that customer can reply and write messages in WhatsApp
Where can I find this responses that customers write to me and how do I respond to them as long as I cannot use a mobile number on the WhatsApp application or WhatsApp business
We are glad to hear that this has been resolved. As for replying unfortunately this is not possible. You can set up a new number for replies that you can include in your notifications and say that if they need to contact you they can do that at that number.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
