Since you bought the licence on Envato Marketplace,

you should log in to your Envato Marketplace account and there you can find the details of your licence.

They should have something like "domain manager" for the licence, and there you should be able to see on which domain you have it currently activated.

You can also reach out to the Envato Support, and see if they can help you check this.

I just got a response from our billing Team.

They can not find anything for Email [email protected] in our system.

Since you bought on Envato Marketplace;

we are not able to see licences based on Envato Emails from users;

in this case, you would need to find the Envato Purchase Code;

if you can't find it, please contact Envato Marketplace Support, and see if they can help you find your Envato Purchase Code.

If you send us any confidential data , such as Purchase Code, please make sure to mark the reply as PRIVATE, so that nobody can see it but us.
