I give ceramic's lessons
I have a same service with 2 durations (3h and 7h) and config max number of people to 4. (groups appointment)for the day I set :
*employee works form 10 to 18
*time after an appointment 1h.
*4 resources available shared for 2 different services
in front end, The calendar show the possibility to order an appointment of 3h from 10-13 and from 14-17 (perfect that's what I want) but not from 10 to 17.
I've one reservation approved for the service 3h and it's now impossible to order an appointment of 7h is this normal ? How can I fix it ?
Should I delete the 7h duration and ask my client to book to appointment the same day : first one from 10-13 and second from 14-17h ?
But the problem is that for one half day or one full day it's not the same price, I could create an offer of 2 appointements but I need that my clients take these two appointements the same day to give them a special price

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will try to help you as best we can. The service's working hours depend on the employee's working hours. So you ned to set that in employee/edit employee/working hours.
Also, if you want to offer both services at the same time, you need to create 2 employees. For the reason that if an employee is booked on service A, he cannot be available for service B. That's why you need 2 employees.
