This wasn't possible before, but now it is possible to add customers to group appointments in Amelia. Just click on edit appointment and you will see a dropdown where you can choose what customer you want to add to the appointment like this 

Just make sure that you have the latest version of Amelia which is 6.0.

Yes, that is correct when you want to add a customer to a group appointment you must add a participant/customer to an existing group appointment. Glad to hear that everything is fine now.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can not book appointments from a package to an already booked appointment.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
