First hard to find where, then you have to make 7 clicks & enter the paid amount to mark an appointment as paid.
It would be nice to have either all past appointment marked as paid or quick access to the payment mask directly from the dashboard (https://prnt.sc/pJPMsnqNEO-i)

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. But it is a good suggestion I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
We just implemented new status that is called no show but this would be helpful also.
