I've followed the instructions provided in ticket #3192688. Although the data did transfer, there is still a problem. Amelia is not properly loading its CSS files and the developers console shows quite a few errors.
The Amelia shortcodes are not displaying Amelia content properly.
I posted to the other ticket but have not gotten a response. This is a live site and I urgently need this matter attended to. The last support technician, Marko, already has access to the site admin.
Please advise.
Hello Patrick,
We will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,

Thanks. This is the latest from my client:

I see the Amelia plugin is looking better on the front end of the site and seems to be processing bookings correctly. However, on the back end the times for existing bookings are all messed up and the front end calendar is not reflecting the bookings that were already made. Bookings should be made at the following times:
Technician 1 schedule:
Technician 2 schedule:
Now in the backend, the bookings are showing from 8am to 9pm.
Several days are already booked up yet showing availability on the front end.

I have preserved a copy of the original, working site with Amelia at https://old.norvado.contact
Same user/pass as the live site at Norvado.com
What is the status of this ticket? I have not gotten a response for more than a day. This situation is extremely urgent. I have followed your instructions and they did not work correctly. Please update ASAP.
Hello Patrick,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Thank you for reaching back out to us.
Also, thank you for the credentials. I performed checks on your website but I could not find the issues that you are dealing with on the back end. Could you provide screenshots/examples of which time slots are still available even though those time slots were booked already?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
