We are having an issue with the plugin when someone is trying to book on a iOS phone (it works fine on Android and Desktop). When someone goes to the calendar section on a iPhone, the calendar shows "invalid date", and the person is not able to click on any date on the calendar to book. This only happens on an iPhone.
Can you please provide me with the URL of the page with the booking form so I can perform checks from my iPhone and provide you with an update on this?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This only happens for the "Sunset Cruise" service and it happens because the duration of that service is longer than the working period for that specific service.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
For that purpose, you need to increase the working periods of the employee to match the duration of that service (4h). For example, instead of 16:00-18:00, set it to 16:00-20:00.

Thanks!
How would I change the working period for the service to match ... just to be sure so I don't screw it up more
Mike
nevermind, I think I figured it out...
changed the duration on the service to 2 hrs instead of 4....
Mike
Helo Mike,
For that purpose, you need to increase the working periods of the employee to match the duration of that service (4h). For example, instead of 16:00-18:00, set it to 16:00-20:00.
Please let me know if it works or not.
Looking forward to your reply.
