There is no notification to be sent for no show. This is just for you so that you can see and track customers who repeatedly do not show for appointments.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We cancel no shows after a few mins so the appt slow becomes available again so another customer can book it - if we have to wait to the end of the slot then we cant book another customer in
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. And it can not be changed at this time. We can forward this suggestion to our developers but we can not make any promises.

Thanks for adding the no show option to our statuses
It isnt appearing in the status triggered notifications so it auto sends an email and or text ?
Only options are pending, approved, cancelled, rejected, rescheduled
