We went on your site and we noticed that you do not use services only events. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia for events. Only time slots for services can be shown in that time format. Events can be shown only in 24 hours format at this time.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

No, not at all. We love events and we are working on a new booking form for events that should be released soon. Most of the features that we changed or implemented are due to a big number of votes from our customers. We monitor the table and what is possible and what is in high demand we try to implement.
It's not a question that we like service more than events, also we have implemented plenty of new features into events over the years and we will continue to upgrade them. Do not worry.

My question is 100% related to the title - almost one year ago you said this would be implemented soon. It has not, so I asked if there has been any progress. This is one issue/one question that has been unresolved.

Now we managed to see what exactly you are asking us. We did not tell you that this will be implemented for sure rather that you can make a suggestion and we can forward a suggestion also, and that we will continue to improve the events, which we have already done. You can see that we have a new booking form for the event list and we are currently working on the event calendar booking form. We have sent you a link for suggestions and voting. There we follow the votes and, depending on the demand, we work on certain suggestions. If a suggestion has one, five, 20 votes, for example, then the suggestion will probably not be implemented, but if the request has 500, 600, 700 votes, then we will most likely develop that feature.

The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. Is there a way to change the time format on the back end?
As per your instructions I've set the time on Wordpress and it is reflected on the front end.
Yet when you go to add events in the back end it still shows 24 hour time.
