I enabled deposit payments in my event settings. I used woocommerce since I need to be able to set-up taxes. I made a test transaction using paypal but in woocommerce it only show the amount deposited. It doesn't show the total amount and a label with deposit amount. Example in my screenshot, there are 14 people and the price is $3,000, the total amount should be 42,000. Since i enabled deposit payment in Amelia with 50%. It shows only the $21,000 in woocommerce . It doesn't show the total amount which is $42k. In my order details in Woo, still it doesn't show. Please see screenshot for better understanding. Looking forward to your response. Thank you
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Thank you for providing me with the admin credentials.
Can you please let me know for which event I can perform a check and I will provide you with an update on this?
Thank you for your reply. You can use the event below. I have enabled the deposit payment. I did a testing on my end and it does not show the full amount in woocomerce which is 4,000CAD. It just only show $2,000 during checkout process. See screenshot below of the order details from my testing.
That is how it works at the moment, as Amelia only transfers the payment amount to the WooCommerce checkout, and WooCommerce deals with the rest of it.
To add the total appointment amount on the WooCommerce cart/checkout page, you need to add the following placeholder %appointment_price% to the "Description for WooCommerce" field on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
