Hello, I did a test on custom pricing but it doesn't seem to work. I set-up 16 spots which I believe it is equivalent to attendees. Right? But when I tried to book an event using woocommerce integration, the number of spots didn't update. It's still 1/16. See screenshots attached. The name of the event is Corporate Workweek dated April 10-13, the first on the list. I have included the link of my book now page.
Client wants to be able to book an event with a minimum of 16 people for his corporate retreat. So for one booking, there are 16 attendees. How can achieve this with Amelia?
We are not sure where the issue is? As far as we can see you have booked for 1 customer not for 16. If you want to book for 16 people you need to set this to 16 not to 1
Hello thanks for your reply. As what I have said earlier, I did set-up for custom pricing for 1 event, there should be a minimum of 16 people. See screenshot. I set-up the number of the spots to 16. Spot means the number of attendees? Am I correct here? Just want to make sure. I assume that the 16 will be the number of attendees. The number of people there can't be incremented too. Its just 1 and the spot is deducted. Is there a way we can hide that number of people since the 16 is set-up already in the custom pricing? Or there is another way we can do with Amelia?
This is client specifications:
SYSTEM must only offer bookings based on 16 employees attending (price NOT expected to drop) if less employees are booked. it’s a STANDARD FEE for corporate based only # of days. - This is for corporate retreat. They want that for a single booking, there are 16 participants. Is this possible or its not?
You can not set the minimum of attendees for events, you can only set the maximum number of people that can attend.
So you have set that the maximum number of people is 16 and the price that you have set is the price for each attendee, the 32000 is currently the price for each person.
You can write down in event description that this events must be booked for at least 16 people but there is no option in Amelia where you can set the limit for minimum number of people that can attend the event only the maximum can be set.
