Hi. Apologies if this is in your documentation but I could not see it. the buffer times reduce the number of time slots with a work period set. But do they also apply to the google cal. For instance. If I set a work period of 9am-1pm and a 30 min buffer either side with a service duration of an hour the system shows 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30 and if somebody books 9:30am through amelia then the next time slot shown is 11:30-12:30pm, which is great. Will Amelia adjust the same way if 9:30-10:30 in that example was just blocked off in Google Cal, instead of it being booked in amelia?

Hello Danielle,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, the same logic is applied also from the busy events in the Google Calendar.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
