Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Since Masted-Detail shows the data only after we click on a row or on a "more details" button,

the initial table data has already finished loading on the page before and because of that, 

search engines do not see anything from Master Details.

So, even if you set Master-Details to show on a template page,  and not as a pop-up,

the search engines would still not see this data, because the master-details placeholder values are going to be populated only when we click on a row.

Otherwise, if we were to just access the template page, without clicking through a table first,

it would load empty placeholders, without values.
