In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I Keep getting duplicate appointments even past when I set the restriction to book one at a time.

I believe you helped me last time there is a glitch in the system. This has happened on two different websites
Situation- My customer keeps getting Double booked. The client wants the availability to have multiple photo shoots in the same day but not in the same timeslot.
My customers keeps getting bookings in the same time slot.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
As far as we can see he has all services set as a group appointment except the portrait photography.
He is not getting double booked he has created group appointments. So if he only wants to have 1 person per time slot the maximum capacity for service should be 1.
If he offers maximum capacity as 5 then 5 people can book that appointment.
so he needs to set this to 1 and that it. Only one person per appointment will be able to book that time slot.
