In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello,
I have two problems:
with the access to the employee page
and with the validation of an appointment.
The hourglass spins indefinitely.
The customer can't make an appointment and the employee can't consult his interface.
I may have located the problem that would come from WP Cerber. I can't get the request to whitelist in the WP Cerber traffic inspector.
Attached are the screenshots of the blocked requests.
Please tell me the process to make these two products compatible.

MAybe Amelia is in conflict with this plugin.
There is a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the calendar did not load like this for example
Everything should load fine after that, please check it out from your end and let us know if this has helped.
