Events have stopped showing on the backend - see attached image. My client says it's been like that for a week or two.
I tried updating to the newest Amelia version (5.6), and also updated everything else, but events are still not showing. They are showing on the frontend, as you can see if you follow the link I've provided, so they still exist.
My client needs access to the events on the backend in order to manage them.
Oh, and just so it's mentioned: The selected date range is correct, so that's not the reason why the events don't show on the backend. If you see the attached image in the previous post, you see the date range is set for almost 2 years, and my client has had many, many events during that period which should be visible.
And lastly: This same issue was reported as solved by someone else - on this link: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3161745/ - but as you can see, the ticket and following solution do not exist anymore, so that's why a new reply to this problem is needed :)
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for the reply, and yes, increasing the PHP memory limit did indeed fix the problem - now the events are showing as normal on the backend again.
I really appreciate the great support you guys provide here. Thanks!

Hi, Ben
Sorry for the delay
We found an error, the site has exhausted the PHP Memory limit set on the server;
and Amelia could not allocate what it needs.
The PHP Memory limit on your WordPress server is currently 128MB , please increase it and this error should be fixed.
I recommend to set 512 MB , just for any future issues, to be safe, but for now , 256M can be enough as well.
Please check this useful article that explains how to increase the Memory limit, if you need help with it ;
or you can simply ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit for you.
That error should then be resolved, and please let us know if you encounter any further issues. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
