We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hello please i really need your help. I watched 3 times the tutorial video and the amelia documentation to display an amelia element in a popup but I don't understand how it works. I just need to display a particular event in elementor button and popup. Can you tell me how to do this please.
Thank you for your answer! you are the best support
Evan
ok i finally managed to find a solution!
do you have to confirm that it is integrated like that?
[ameliaevents event=272 trigger=my-button-id]
It works, but sometimes it takes a very long time to load the module in the popup, is this normal?
Ok after a few tests, the popup loads very slowly and sometimes they don't open...
Hello Evan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can end the URL ot that page o that we can try it out, but the speed of loading solely depends on your server and a packages that you have with your hosting provider.
Amelia is just a plugin for WordPress it is not a SaaS product and its speed doesn't depend on us.
The slow load can be caused by a lot of things - the number of appointments you have, the number of customers, the number of employees, etc.
Other than Amelia, it could be caused by the amount of other data you have on the page.
Are you on a dedicated, or on a shared hosting?
Can you increase the php_memory_limit on your site?
If you're not sure how to do that, you can reach out to your hosting provider.
Please check out our demo sites (link) and see how the plugin should behave on a site with dedicated hosting and good server performance.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Great, thanks for your response. Yes indeed you can try with this url: https://athleticayoga.com/evenements you can try to press the "réserver" button I added an Amélia popup here. Tell me if the loading time is normal but when you try to open it directly after opening the page, it does not always work.
Otherwise the plugin works great it's really in the popup.
Hello Evan,
We went on this page and pop up opens everytime it just takes 1 second to load
But as we mention speed of Amelia doesn't depend on us since your site is not on our servers.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
