Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I tested it out with the sandbox credentials and I was able to book the event via PayPal.
Can you check if the live client ID and live secret values are correct and also update the plugin to the 6.0 version, test it out, and let me know if it works or not?
I am doing final testing on this site and can not get the events to work end to end.
I can fill out the event information, get redirected to paypal, payment looks successful but left with "waiting for payment".
Can you help?
