I tried adding the Amelia step by step widget (beta version) on a new page designed in Elementor (Pro) in Wordpress. The widget does show up when I create and design the page (see screenshots) but then vanishes when I publish the page.
Also the widget Search view does not work . After one selects the service there is no connection with the payment page ( I have set up Woo commerce and Stripe and tried them both). See screenshoot attached.
Also today (16.12.22) trying to uninstall Amelia crashed by website. I have been advised by Wordpress to get in touch with you about it since you have done the coding.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I can see that you have the lite version installed on your website.
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
If you already configured Amelia, don’t worry about your data. It is saved in the database, and it will be there after you install the full version.
I did not have the lite version installed. However I deleted and re installed Amelia from the store. Version 5.6 was there before and I installed the exact same version. Same result the widget does not work. It does not even show up on the page. This is the new page I created.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

This is where I downloaded Amelia from:

Also it looks like the download version you have on your website is identical with the wordpress one
