Did you book for 28 people? Of you did in that case it will show that this booking is for 28 people and we can not change that.

We have test booked appointment on your page for one person as you can see in screenshoot

And it shows us that we have booked for one person as far as we can see everything is working fine and we do not see any issues.

Actually i notice something else, in your Amelia configuration.

In Amelia settings/Appointment settings, you have disabled "Allow booking below minimum capacity"

If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity,
but once they book for any capacity above minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others.
If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

So, if you need to allow other customers to join into a "Group appointment"  when someone has already booked, and you have more capacity slots available, you have to enable this setting.

Let us know if that fixes the main issue from the subject of the ticket,

you also mentioned this on another ticket.

So, if you enable 'Allow above maximum capacity' , then the capacity will be without limit, an unlimited number of people will be able to book same time slot.

If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to book appointment with Pending status above the maximum capacity.
Once the maximum capacity is reached appointment will close and time slot will become unavailable.
