1. You need to set this up in your employee working hours. For example set that your employee works on service on location A from 08 to 12 and on location B from 12 to 17

2. You can just create new location in the locations section and name it Zoom and that is it.

Location depends on employees but If only specific services have the zoom option set up 

And if you set that your employee is working on that service on zoom location in employee working hours

Then this should be able to be achieved. You can go to notifications and create a specific notification for this service or services and in those notifications you can place the zoom placeholder and it will bee sent for those services only.
