I have spent a couple weeks with this plugin and feel like what I want to do I am unable to, and while I have read through the documentation, I feel like what I want should be achievable, and it may just be I don't know how. So wondering if someone can help clarify the following.
1. We have workout classes a few times a week. Is it possible to sell a pack of classes (let's say 5) where someone can sign up for the Monday 4pm class, but then also decide to sign up/use the remaining 4 at a later date?
I saw you can sell packs of "appointments" but I feel like these are classes since we only have them at select times would be considered "Events"
2. Is it possible to set the "appointment" calendar to only a few select times each day?
3. We have a recurring payment product, if I link that to one of the Amelia bookings, will it still be treated as it has been in woo commerce as a recurring product/payment?
Any insight you could provide would be appreciated! Thanks!
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
1. We have workout classes a few times a week. Is it possible to sell a pack of classes (let's say 5) where someone can sign up for the Monday 4pm class, but then also decide to sign up/use the remaining 4 at a later date? - Yes, that os possible with our packages of services. You can read more about packages in this link https://wpamelia.com/packages/
I saw you can sell packs of "appointments" but I feel like these are classes since we only have them at select times would be considered "Events" - You can not use events in packages only for appointments. But service working hours depend on employee working hours. So if you want to offer specific service on specific time and day you can set that in employee working hours for example like this

3. You can set recurring appointment in Amelia but customer in Amelia can pay for all recurring appointments at once or they can only pay for the first appointment and for the rest appointments in person.
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
If you have any more questions please open a new ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
