I can see what you mean - that does seem strange if your browser would allow you to download other add-ons/plugins from your TMS account , but only says "you are not allowed to download" for the wpDatataTables file.
The error is coming from the browser itself.
It is probably some kind of security setting on your browser - the error is not coming from our Store, so, unfortunately, we can't say with 100% certainty exactly what it might be.
You can try to clear the browser cache and cookies, and try again to see if it fixes it;
or you can also try to research what security setting on Chrome might be the culprit for "You are not allowed to download file" error.

For some reason I get an error when I try to download the plugin. Can someone help me with that?
The error I get is this... and it is only for the main plugin. The Master Detail and other plugins download just fine.
