We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good afternoon,
My client owns a beauty salon. It provides a service when the masters do permanent makeup (or eyelashes), manicure and pedicure to the client at the same time.
Is it possible to select and book several different services at the same time?
And will the client be able to choose a master for each selected service?
Thanks in advance for your reply and have a nice day.
Hello Evgeniia,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Customers can not book the same service for the same time slot. But you can add extras to services for example they book the manicure for 30 minutes and they can the pedicure as extra and this can add for example 30 minutes more to the appointment.
Or you can create packages where you will offer sorts of services per your choice in a package.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you, Marko.
Is it possible to choose one master for the main service and another master for the extra one?
Thanks in advance
Hello Evgeniia,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly and what do you mean by master? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,

Hello, Marko, sorry, it’s my English.
Look at the photo, this is a service when manicure, pedicure and eyelashes are done by three different specialists at the same time.
I realized that it is impossible to reserve three services at the same time through your plugin. But if a client reserves an eyelash extension service, and adds a manicure and pedicure as an extra, will he be able to choose other different specialists for manicure and pedicure?
Thank you for your help and patience )
Hello Evgeniia,
No, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. They can only book this with the same employee. What you want to achieve as far as we can see from your picture is not possible at this time.
At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment.
However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
