Hello. A lot of my clients lose their appointments because they may not notice that they booked the wrong slot as they book AM instead of PM or vice versa. I want the time slots on the website to appear in the 24h format instead. How can I do it please?

Amelia doesn't have date and time settings, so to change the time format, you need to change the format in WordPress General Settings and that will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at this documentation page - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
