We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

There are a few limits that I'd like to set:

    1. Single occupancy per service where only one customer books e.g. a salt chamber and he has the chamber for himself (no other guests can book at that time)
    2. Maximum occupancy per service with a maximum of 4 places, but if 4 persons have booked the chamber the 5th one can't book at the same time.
    3. One employee can't be booked more than once at the same time across many different services. For example, a masseur offers many different types of massages, but can't be booked for more than one at the same time.

    Hello Vojkan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Once you create a service you can set the capacity in services/edit service. So if you set the capacity to maximum 1 only customer will be able to book that appointment. But if you have for example 3 employees on one service you will automatically offer 3 spots to be booked at the time slot.

    2. Same answer applies here also - Once you create a service you can set the capacity in services/edit service. So if you set the capacity to maximum 4 only customer will be able to book that appointment. Once the time slots is filled that time slot will become unavailable for further booking.

    3. That is how Amelia is designed. Once employee is booked for one service he will become unavailable for booking on other services in that time slot.

If you have any more questions please open a new ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
