Why can't I select a custom duration of services? I need 45min and there are only 30min increments. Why don't you allow 1min or 5min increments?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (6.0), test it out, and let me know if the employee deletion issue has been resolved?
In regards to time increments, you need to set the "Default Time Slot Step" to configure which time increments will be displayed.
You can change the price separator on the Amelia/Settings/Payments page.
The "дин." string is only displayed in the back-end as the front-end displays "rsd." as it should.

When you save something on the Amelia/Services page, you will need to refresh the page for the changes to be applied.
We are working on improving this, but unfortunately, this is how it works at the moment.
