Hi, i have purchased the developer license however the packages of services still does not seem to be available. There is no package tab on the services page.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

2. We currently don't have a subscription feature built-in, but it is planned to be included in our Pro and/or Developer licenses at some point in the future.

Hi, sorry, the limitations of this means that my client now has no use for this version of Amelia. She was hoping to have coupons for packages which she thought she would be able to with the pro / dev version. Subscriptions would also be a major advantage.
would it be possible to arrange a refund please and at the time you introduce these features I can revisit the dev version.

In regards to an auto-renewal payment or a subscription feature, as we mentioned, it is currently not possible to make this payment with Amelia itself,
but there might be a workaround by combining Amelia with a Membership plugin on the same site.
We will elaborate if you wish to try something like that.

For example, you can set up a Membership plugin, I believe some of them have a recurring payment feature built-in, and some can be combined with WooCommerce to set up users to pay for certain Membership levels.
Then, you could use the "User Role Editor" plugin to create additional user roles, only for certain customers who have paid for the subscription.
With the Membership plugin, you could limit access to certain pages for certain user roles.
For example, a custom role "VIP" would have access to page 1 where you can place a shortcode for a free service/package offered for them with a shortcode like : [ameliacatalog package=1]
Then, another custom role "Level 1" would have access to page2 where [ameliacatalog package=2] is placed, which would have different prices, or you can set it as free if they already paid for the subscription via WooCommerce, and so on...

That is the only workaround idea, for the time being, until our devs add our own Membership/subscription feature in the future.

If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I have now resolved that issue. I have a couple more questions though.
1 - do coupons work on packages, I upgraded my license to get packages but I see No option to accept coupons, only in services?
2 - my client would like to offer subscriptions for online training, is there any way to set up a repeated subscription payment?
