We have recurring events like every 4 weeks the same webinar. Each of them can be booked and has to be payed separately.
And we have classes like 10 weeks in a row. The customer books and pays once. How do I handle that in the backend? The dates should occur in the employee calendar. And how does that work with Zoom automatically?
When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. As we kindly asked you on previous tickets.
In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. Each event is paid separately
2. You can do that with the packages feature that is part of the Amelia pro license. With basic license you can only offer recurring appointments for that service and then customer can pay for all recurring appointments at once.
If these appointments are not recurring then they must be paid and booked one by one.
If you have any more questions please open a new ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, hat doesn't answer my question, which is btw just one question or at least one topic. ;-)
It is not about the recurring events. That I understand. It´s also not about packages.
My topic is about classes or courses: you book and pay only once but the meetings are 10 times, every week same day, same time, same people. Means, it is just one product with ten meetings.
Well, you can either use recurring appointments, in which you pay for all appointments at once (this is set in the service when the Recurring option is turned on). Or you can create an Event with more dates - for that you can find more information in this article: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17676/
In both cases, a zoom meeting is held for each date. In the case of an event, the employee panel shows only that one event with multiple dates, and in the case of a recurring appointment, an appointment is made for each date.
Thank you. That function is what I am looking for. However, it doesn't look good on the frontend, see screenshot. All 10 dates of a class are shown in a row without a layout. Can I change that?
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

There are two issues:
1. how is that handled in the employee panel
2. how does the Zoom connection handle that
