We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear TMS.
My graphs are suddenly not working properly. Some graphs are showing, others are not. Has there been an update with a known bug causing these issues? I have not made any changes whatsoever to wpdatatables for this to occur.
I have checked that the data tables are populated correctly.
It seems like the graphs have been able to draw data from tables because the X-axis has the correct labels however there is no visible graph (see attached screenshot).
Could you help me with this, please?
Hi, Kim Pham Nguyen
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you tell me are you using highCharts?
Our developers discovered that all wpDataTables versions have a bug
with the new version of highCharts,
when Min and Max values are set for axes.
They quickly made a workaround fix which they implemented in version 5.1.
Can you please check, if you don't have wpDataTables 5.1 , please update your plugin and purge cache, let me know if this helps?
Updating the plugin to the latest version
If not, can you please send me a link to the page with this issue and i can inspect it?
It will be good to also take a look at the back-end, and if you can point out which Chart ID's have the issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
