We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Payment Config - Two Questions

I'm in process of payment config. Using both Paypal and Stripe. Both are in test modes. I am a complete novice at configuring payment services. Our previous registration service took care of the entire payment process. Looks like Stripe is working. Starting on Paypal sandbox stuff now.

    1. In Amelia when the "Congratulations" Booking Completed screen comes up for the student does that mean Amelia has received a 'successful payment signal' back from the processor? IOW, if a payment fails does Amelia notify the student of same?

*** 2. One of the primary reasons we are moving from our previous provider (Active.com) is so we can offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options that Stripe offers (Klarna and Afterpay). Is there ANY knowledge within your team on how I might make this work with Amelia and Stripe? The Amelia - Stripe process doesn't bring up Stripe payment options like BNPL.

I am also submitting a help request to Stripe. I'm assuming they'll tell me to add  Stripe payment links, or use Woo Commerce or similar to feed the transactions (each class has 3 pricing options) to Stripe.

Here's a draft page with Amelia configured that might help illustrate my situation. https://grayladyselfdefense.com/elementor-7946/

    Please any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Ken

    Hello Kenneth,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. The booking will go to the congratulations step only after the booking has been successful if the payment is not successful, there will be an error message displayed on the booking form.

    2. There is currently no such option with Stripe in Amelia, as the only option is for the payment to be processed immediately. I have passed this suggestion to our management and hope that it will be implemented in one of the future updates.

    Hope this helps you.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
